Registration & Payments
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. All event fees must be paid in full before attending unless otherwise arranged. Space is limited, and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary by event or experience. Please review the specific policy provided at registration before purchasing. Refunds, credits, or transfers are subject to the terms of your booking.
Event Changes & Cancellations
Om Yoga rserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an event due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors. If an event is canceled by Om Yoga registered guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.
Health & Participation
Participation in yoga, movement, meditation, and sound experiences is voluntary. Guests are encouraged to listen to their bodies, modify activities as needed, and communicate any concerns before participating. These experiences are intended for general wellness and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during events and private sessions. Om Yoga is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, except where responsibility is required by applicable law.
Private Experiences
Private sessions and group experiences are customized based on individual needs, location, and availability. Pricing, deposits, travel fees, and cancellation or rescheduling terms will be communicated and agreed upon before booking.
