Refund & Cancellation Policy

Om Yoga

At Om Yoga, each experience is thoughtfully planned to create a welcoming and meaningful environment for our guests. Because events often involve advance preparation, venue reservations, equipment, and coordination with partners, we kindly ask that you review our refund and cancellation policies before booking.

1. Public Classes & Sound Baths
 

For regularly scheduled yoga classes and sound bath experiences:

• 48 hours or more before the event: Full refund available.

• Less than 48 hours before the event: Registrations are nonrefundable.

• No-shows: Missed events are not eligible for refunds or credits.

If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another guest by notifying us before the event.

2. Workshops & Specialty Events

For specialty experiences, including floating sound baths, seasonal workshops, and collaborative events:

• 7 days or more before the event: Full refund available.

• Less than 7 days before the event: Registrations are nonrefundable.

• No-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Certain events may have unique cancellation terms due to venue or facilitator commitments. Any event-specific policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Retreats

Retreats require significant advance planning, venue reservations, and coordination with facilitators.

• 30 days or more before the retreat: Refund available, excluding any clearly disclosed nonrefundable deposit.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat: Payments are nonrefundable.

• No-shows or early departures: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Retreat registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval, provided the replacement guest meets any participation requirements.

Any additional retreat-specific cancellation terms will be clearly communicated during registration.

4. Private Sessions & Group Wellness Experiences

Private yoga, sound bath sessions, corporate wellness programs, and group events are reserved specifically for you.

Individual & Small Group Sessions

• At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.

Corporate & Large Group Events

• At least 7 days' notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.

• Deposits and advance expenses may be nonrefundable when clearly stated in the booking agreement.

• Additional cancellation terms may apply to customized events or ongoing wellness programs.

5. Event Cancellations & Weather

Your comfort and safety are always a priority.

Om Yoga reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, illness, insufficient enrollment, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

If Om Yoga cancels an event, guests will be offered:

• A full refund of the amount paid, or

• The option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date.

For outdoor experiences, including floating sound baths, weather-related decisions will be communicated as early as reasonably possible.

If an event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund.

6. Registration Transfers & Credits

We understand that plans sometimes change.

If you're unable to attend an event, you may request to transfer your registration to another person before the event begins.

Transfers are subject to availability, event requirements, and any applicable registration deadlines.

Credits toward future events may be offered at Om Yoga's discretion but are not guaranteed.

7. Refund Processing

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact Om Yoga using the email address below.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Any nonrefundable third-party fees will be disclosed before purchase where applicable.
