About the event
March Stretch & Sound at Boyert’s 🌷🌿
Welcome the season of renewal with a peaceful morning surrounded by the beauty of Boyert’s greenhouses.
This 60-minute experience begins with gentle, accessible stretching to release tension and awaken the body, followed by spring-inspired breath work and a guided meditation focused on growth, renewal, and fresh beginnings. We'll close with a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments.
As nature begins to bloom, take this opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for what you wish to grow in the season ahead.
No experience necessary! Mats, props, and cozy comforts are provided. Simply arrive, settle in, and welcome spring with intention.
