February Stretch & Sound at Boyert’s 💗🌿
Give yourself a little extra love this February with a restorative morning in the warmth of Boyert’s beautiful greenhouses.
This 60-minute experience combines gentle, accessible stretching to release tension, a heart-centered self-love meditation and intention-setting ceremony, followed by a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.
A beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate a little more compassion, gratitude, and love from within.
No experience necessary! Mats, props, and cozy comforts are provided. Simply show up, settle in, and give yourself permission to receive the love and care you so freely give to others.
