I found yoga by accident, while viewing some exercise videos online. Amazed at how yoga seemed to alleviate the stress of being a chef, I began to practice more and more. When my father passed away, the loss sent me spinning. My time on my mat became more than just a physical exercise, it became my place of peace. Yoga began to slow things down for me, which lead me to discover my spiritual side.
I learned to stay present, breathe more, and simply enjoy the little things in life. Eventually I
realized I wanted to share this with others and became a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher.
